We come from a background of starting and building great companies, debt and equity financing, M&A advisory and venture capital investing. We’ve accumulated a lot of experience and a valuable network. Our whole existence is about bringing this to bear for the people we choose to work with.

We've witnessed too many early-stage companies back themselves into a liquidity trap and then get forced to give away equity and control.

He currently sits on various boards, including Tyler Technologies (NYSE:TYL), the largest software company in the US focused on the public sector. As a successful entrepreneur and active corporate advisor, Glenn possesses insights, experience and relationships that drive his ability to provide valuable guidance to any craft brewer at any stage of the growth cycle.
Pete has over 20 years of experience providing corporate M&A advisory and capital raising services. In recent years, he has lead several successful transactions for growth-oriented companies at critical stages of their evolution. Pete is able to leverage his corporate finance experience and wide network of growth equity relationships to guide growth stage companies to optimal capital solutions. Pete is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Investment Analyst Society of Chicago.
